Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Blue Lakes website at bluelakes.io (the “Site”) operated by Blue Lakes Technology, Inc. (“Blue Lakes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site

Submitting a contact or demo request does not grant you any rights to Blue Lakes' intellectual property.

3. Demo Requests and Communications

When you submit a demo request, you authorize Blue Lakes to contact you at the email address and phone number you provide for purposes of scheduling and conducting a product demonstration. This does not constitute a binding agreement for services. Any engagement for services is subject to a separate written agreement.

4. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, or services available on or through any third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is at your own risk.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the site is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Lakes Technology, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the site.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed $100 (one hundred US dollars).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Lakes Technology, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blue Lakes Technology, Inc. regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
